Flexible Business Models

 

Revenue Share
- Customer receives revenue share with no minimum guarantee or cost. Thai-Fi pays all   infrastructure cap ex and ongoing opex.

Lease / Lease to own
- Customer pays Thai-Fi fixed monthly fee and free to charge or not and
  keep all revenues. Thai-Fi pays all infrastructure cap ex and ongoing opex.

Occupied room rate
- Customer pays Thai-Fi a fee per night per occupied room only and free to charge or not and
  keep all revenues. Thai-Fi pays all infrastructure cap ex and ongoing opex.

Fixed Fee + Premium revenue share
- Customer pays Thai-Fi a fixed fee per room per month to provide free internet to all rooms
  andpublic areas at resticted speed / services and offer premium internet package upgrades
  and Thai-Fi will splits revenues from premium sales with building. Thai-Fi pays all   infrastructure cap ex and ongoing opex.

Turnkey sale plus support
- Customer pays Thai-Fi a one time cost with an optional support packages based on sevice
  level and the customer needs.
