Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, Education or related fields.
- 3 years experience in supervisory level in IT Team or Call Center Service or Front Office management in hotels.
- Fluent in English, and other languages would be advantageous.
- Good customer service, analytical skill, problem solving skill and positive attitude.

- Preparing reports on provision of service each month for
customer.
